The Evans Law Firm prides itself in being a full service law firm. We

Laws are made to keep order in society. While some laws have been
found to be unconstitutional, they nonetheless represent man’s best
effort to create order out of chaos; in short, laws allow us to live
peacefully and orderly without intruding or diminishing the rights of our
fellow human beings.

When acts of wrongdoing are committed against person and property,
our system of  laws has devised a series or degrees of punishments
usually resulting in fine, incarceration or both for the wrongdoer.   Our
system of laws further holds as a fundamental principle that every
person accused of a crime is presumed innocent until found guilty.


Once the accused is brought in to the criminal justice system, the
Constitution affords him certain protections such as the  right to a fair
trial, the right to a lawyer,  the right to cross-examine witnesses, the right
to be free from unreasonable searches and seizures, the right to be
tried by a jury of his peers, and the right to be free of coerced
confessions.
