The firm is a father/son/daughter entity. Jessie L. Evans,
the father and also a native of Canton, Mississippi,
presently resides with his wife in Jackson. Attorney
Evans has been practicing law in Canton since 1991.
From 1984 to 1991,  Attorney Evans maintained a solo
practice in Jackson. Attorney Evans began practicing law
with the East Mississippi Legal Services Corporation in
1980 following his graduation from the Mississippi
College School of Law, where he also served as an
associate editor of the Mississippi College Law Review.
Attorney Evans received his undergraduate degree from
New York University.

Attorney Wesley Evans is a 1994 graduate of the George
Washington University Law Center. Attorney Evans began
his practice under the tutelage of his father. Presently
serving as attorney for the City of Canton Zoning Board,
Attorney Evans is also a public defender for Madison and
Yazoo counties as well as city judge for the Town of
Tchula. Attorney Evans is an alumnus of Alcorn State
University and lives with his wife in Jackson.
Attorney Dana Evans is the newest member of the firm.
Also a 2002 graduate of the Mississippi College School
of Law, Attorney Evans attended Howard University and
Tougaloo College, eventually receiving her
undergraduate degree in biology from Tougaloo  in 1999.
Attorney Evans resides in Jackson. Attorney Evans has
been certified as a mediator and is available for
mediation in various legal matters. She also is serving
as a public defender for Yazoo County. Attorney Evans is
a member of the Madison County and Magnolia Bar
Associations.
